Policy on Allocated Products

When you order from us, we place our order with our suppliers or with the publishers directly. Given the limited nature of many products in the industry, we operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Simply put, when you place your orders, we enter those orders into our system and they are time and date stamped so we know who ordered first. When we receive our product, we will fill orders by time and date stamp and notify you when your product is in stock and ready to pick up. If we do not have enough product sent to us by suppliers to fill all of our orders, we will notify you at that time and you can receive a refund or choose to wait for the restock (this is common for products releasing in waves). 

We reserve the right to limit how many of an item you may purchase in accordance with policies of publishers.


All sales are final and no returns are permitted. If any product you purchase is defective or missing pieces, we can refer you to the publisher to request replacement pieces.

Refunds for Unavailable Product

On occasion, an item that appears to be available when you place your order may be unavailable. This is due to the fact that the industry's warehouse inventory systems are not real-time but update typically once a day. If ever we cannot get an item that you've ordered, we will automatically refund your card on file for the amount you paid and notify you that the item was not available. No need to request a refund. We'll take care of it for you.
